Ashley Fairman
Ashley joined Dickinsons in 2012 as a trainee accountant and quickly became a valuable member of the team. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2017, and was promoted to Partner in April 2025.
Paul W D Norris CTA
Paul obtained the CTA qualification in November 2002 and was made a partner in November 2018. He specialises in personal and corporate tax.
Dominic S Cader FCA
Following a promising early career at Tottenham Hotspur FC, cut short by injury, Dominic decided to pursue something altogether more exciting and joined Dickinsons as a trainee in 1999.
Natalie S Spalton FCA
Natalie joined Dickinsons in 1994 as an audit/accounts student. She obtained the ACA qualification in 2000 and was promoted from Senior Manager to Partner in 2006. Natalie specialises in advising owner managed businesses in all areas from start up to audit compliance matters.
Philip G Abbott FCA CTA
Phil ran his own practice for four years before joining Dickinsons in 1998 and, becoming a partner in 2001. He specialises in both personal and corporate tax.
